General Guidelines

* All ads are printed in full color.

* You are welcome to submit an ad of your own design.  We can accept PDF or JPG files or scan business cards or other

   documents.  If you would like help designing your ad, our student staff and faculty adviser are also happy to assist you.

* Ads are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The Shield has 8 pages total of ad space available for our 2017 book.  

   No additional pages of advertising will be added once these are filled.

* Invoices are available upon request.

* All checks should be made payable to SWHS.

* Ad sales will close on March 31, 2017.

Corporate Advertising Rates

* Full page (8 1/2" x 11") = $200

* Half page (8 1/2" x 5 1/2") = $120

* Quarter page (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") = $70

* Business card (2" x 3") = $40

Senior Recognition Ad Rates

* Must be for senior students currently enrolled at SWHS; no businesses or non-profits are eligible for these rates.

* Full page (8 1/2 x 11") = $150

* Half page (8 1/2 x 5 1/2") = $85

* Quarter page (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") = $50

* Business card (2" x 3") = $30
